CRASH SITE
JUNKERS JU88. 7T+JH FROM KG606

At 23.55 hrs on the night of 30th May 1941 Junkers JU88, 7T+JH crashed into this disused gravel pit on the top of Wellow Down ( near Freshwater ). Even after all these years the stones are still blackened by oil & fire.
